Here at Xcel Football Academy, we look to recruit the very best at a variety of coaches in the industry working different professional clubs, giving all players the opportunity to showcase their talent during
training sessions/games.
Steve Portway is currently working for Premier League Champions Chelsea FC as a youth coach and scout.
Steve previously worked at West Ham United as an U5 - U8 Coach and has experience of coaching abroad in countries such as America and Bermuda.
Frankie Williams joined Premier League Club West Ham United in 2015 and is currently working for the Hammers as an U5 - U8 pre academy coach.
Frankie is UEFA B Qualified and is working towards completing his Youth Module 3.
Ricky Simons is currently the U12 coach at League 2 club Dagenham & Redbridge where he has been for the past 3 years.
Ricky is UEFA B qualified as well as completing his modules.
